I lost my ticket what should I do?If you have lost your ticket and need a copy, please go to the "Lost Ticket" page and fill out the form to request a copy of your ticket. We will email a copy of your ticket to the email address provided, within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Be sure to double check your Spam/Junk folder for a reply. If you have any questions, please contact us.

How do I challenge a ticket?To appeal your ticket go to the Appeal Ticket page & fill out & submit the form . Explain the reason for your appeal. Some common reasons for appealing a ticket include claiming innocence, stating that the ticket was issued in error, or providing evidence that the ticket was issued in a discriminatory manner. You should include all relevant information and any evidence you have that supports your appeal, such as photographs or witness statements. Please present your case and argue why the ticket should be dismissed. All appeals are reviewed by the Safety & Security Administrator. You will be notified by email the results of the appeal proocess.

What happens if I don't pay a ticket?Failure to pay within 72 hours may result in cancelation of permit or other penalties. Ticket invoice is privately issued, is not issued by a governmental authority, and is not subject to civil or criminal penalties, but can result in the loss of privileges on Chautauqua Institution property.
